COVID-19 Information for our customers

Our store is now re-open, opertating reduced opening days and hours. Please refer to our store opening times for further details. 

In line with government guidelines we do ask all customers entering the shop to wear a face mask and to maintain social distancing throughout the shop. We have a hand sanitising station at the entrance and would ask all customers to use this on entering the shop. We have also added hand sanitising stations throughout the store for customers to use while browsing. 

We appreciate that shopping should be an enjoyable experience and we want you to feel as relaxed as possible in our store under the current circumstances. We will endeavor to keep our customers and team safe by following the guidelines as set out by the government. You can read more about COVID-19 guidelines here.

What is your standard delivery time?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Can I still return unwanted items?

Yes you can still return unwanted items, we have extended our returns policy and are offering the following;

In store returns; 28 days after the store opens, provided items are unworn, in original packaging and a purchase receipt is provided.

Online returns; 28 days from date of order. Please refer to your delivery note for details of how to return your items.
