COVID-19 Information for our customers
In these extremely difficult and uncertain times we wanted to let you know what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Our store is temporarily closed
We closed our highstreet store in line with the Government’s request for all non essential retail stores to shut.
Our website is still currently operating for shopping and we will continue to monitor this regularly as we take the health & safety of our customers and wider community very seriously.
As a small independent business, we are able to operate our online business in line with the Government's guidelines. There is a very small team who are responsible for picking and packing your orders. Parcels are dropped to our local post office, please do forgive us if this takes a little longer than usual due to high demand across many businesses.
We understand that there has been some concern over online companies continuing to trade and want to reassure you that we have taken every step possible to ensure that in us continuing we are following all necessary precautions.
We will closely monitor and review this position in line with the latest guidance and will keep you updated of any changes.
What is your standard delivery time?
As you can imagine at the moment Royal Mail are dealing with a reduced work force and an increase in parcel deliveries. Therefore your order may be slightly delayed in arriving with you. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Can I still return unwanted items?
Yes you can still return unwanted items, we have extended our returns policy and are offering the following;
In store returns; 28 days after the store opens, provided items are unworn, in original packaging and a purchase receipt is provided.
Online returns; 28 days from date of order. Please refer to your delivery note for details of how to return your items.
Do you know when your store will re-open?
Our store in Dorchester will remain closed until further notice. We will continue to follow Government advice around when to safely reopen.
