COVID-19 Information for our customers

Our store is now closed in line with Government Guidelines. We will announce our re-opening plans as soon as we are in a position to so. 

Our online store is fully operational, however please understand that we are working with a reduced work-force. While we hope to continue to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, there may be unexpected delays, which we will keep you notified about. 

Please also be aware that deliveries may be delayed once they have left our warehouse, we anticipate that Royal Mail will see an exponential rise in parcel deliveries, so please be patient and allow for this when placing your order.

What is your standard delivery time?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Can I still return unwanted items?

Yes you can still return unwanted items, we have extended our returns policy and are offering the following;

In store returns; 28 days after the store opens, provided items are unworn, in original packaging and a purchase receipt is provided.

Online returns; 28 days from date of order. Please refer to your delivery note for details of how to return your items.
